The obvious highlight of a trek to Everest Base Camp is the base camp itself! After a short flight from Kathmandu to the beginning of the trek at Lukla, it's a week to 10-day trek to base camp. Along the way, we admire some of the world's most amazing mountain scenery, stay in locally owned teahouses and soak in the incredible sherpa culture.

Watch The Sunrise From Gokyo Ri
Trek to 18,500 feet (5,639 meters) and watch the sunrise over Mt. Everest at Gokyo Ri, which offers some of the best views in the Khumbu region. Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Cho Oyu will all be right in front of you!
